She plays a key role in preparing agents for client appointments, handling daily insurance-related requests, processing applications, and managing scheduling to ensure the office runs efficiently.
Known for her approachable and personable nature, MaKenna enjoys building connections with clients and creating a welcoming experience for everyone she interacts with. She is highly organized, detail-oriented, and brings a positive, can-do attitude to her work each day.
Outside of the office, MaKenna enjoys spending time with her daughter, Harper, and embracing the outdoors. She has a passion for travel, camping, and riding motorcycles. She also enjoys attending truck and tractor pulls with her father, a tradition that reflects her adventurous spirit and strong family values.
